The riverside garden is a secluded bosky oasis where riverside terraces provide space to dine and relax by the burbling chalk stream, the River Glaven.
Lounge
The lounge overlooks the garden, river and woods beyond due to its extensive glazing, including sliding doors. An oversized wooden inglenook style fireplace wit large Stuv wood burner features.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is a large space divided between the cooking space and dining space with kitchen table. Iroko features heavily, making up the island's worktop as well as the cook's free-standing workstation and the various shelving.
Bathroom
The bathroom , due to its ridge-light is flooded with light and was designed around the old sandblasted cast-iron bath-tub, which has views out across the garden to the river and into the woods beyond.
Shower-room
Showeroom
The showeroom features hand made moorish tiling as well as reclaimed basin and tap. It has a rain shower and a vaulted ceiling with micro cement flooring throughout.
Pantry & Scullery
The pantry and scullery are full of hand-built built-in cabinetry. A tiled pantry with slate workbench and wooden shelving; the scullery features an old art sink and hand-built dresser.
Bedroom One
There are two double bedrooms, both with generous built-in wardrobes and Euro king-size beds (160cm wide), plus a large kids' room with quadruple bunk bed (double base, single above, single trundle below) and cot.
Bedroom Three (Kids' bedroom)
A double bedroom with a quadruple bunk bed (double base, single above, single trundle below) plus a large cot for babies up to 18 months' old.
